In CallStudio, you can manage your organization's compliance and auditing requirements. This guide will help you understand how to use CallStudio to meet your compliance and auditing needs.

Team auditing

CallStudio provides a comprehensive auditing system that allows you to track all the changes made to your teams and members. This system is designed to help you meet your compliance requirements and to provide you with a detailed history of all the changes made to your teams and members. To access the auditing system, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Organization page.
  2. Choose the team you want to audit.
  3. Navigate to the auditing section.
  4. Choose the category you want to audit (e.g., Team, Calls, Members, Alerts, etc.).
  5. The list of events will be displayed.
  6. You can filter the events by date, user, or event type.
  7. You can export the events as a CSV file.
  8. You can view the details of each event by clicking on the event.

Call auditing

You can utilise the Call Browser to retrieve and view call data from the CallStudio database. You can filter and sort calls based on different criteria, such as date, agent, and sentiment score.

Data retention

CallStudio allows you to set the data retention period for your organization. This allows you to automatically delete data that is older than a specified period. This feature is designed to help you meet your compliance requirements and to ensure that you are not storing data for longer than necessary.

CallStudio is designed to be highly available and secure. We use industry-standard security practices to ensure that your data is safe and secure. We also provide a comprehensive set of security features that allow you to control access to your data and to meet your compliance requirements. You can click on the help icon and navigate to CallStudio Status to view the current & historic status of CallStudio.
